I don't know about all of you, but i so want to see the faces behind the nicks. I love reading the different posts here, the honest feedback and the openess and willingless to share. It almost feels like i kinda sorta know them on some (tiny) level. I look forward to reading from them and enjoy their insights/knowledge on different products and at the same time love the witty comments they make to keep things light and funny.....Would it be too much to ask ppl to post their pics here? I am not sure if it (ok to do so?) and if it has already been done and most of you have seen each other?

Well, I've seen pics of a few other members (and vice versa) but this is after we got to "know" each other better. It would be nice to have pics but on the other hand I'm not so sure I'd want my photo up on the net. My friends have already found a few pics of me online (work related) and I'm not too comfy with the idea. But I think it would be a nice option to have this functionality.
In fact, we could actually do this here in the past (before the forum got an upgrade). We did have an option to display an avatar with the username, this would appear on every post you made. So, at that time, you could have made your avatar a pic of yourself. That impacts the performace of the forum though (speed of loading pages). |

Mabsy, i agree with you. i think it will be nice to have the option on the forum to load the pics and remove it, if one wants to. Ofcourse, it depends on the person how comfy they feel about it. The pic option can also help with the before and after results. Or maybe its all too much hassel

Great idea Strawberry!
Sometimes after reading posts from the same person over and over you get a picture of them in your mind. Most of the time that picture is not at all like what the person really looks like.
It would be great seeing some faces behind the posts!!!
Before and after certain treatments would be great. |

| I have my pic on my profile of my email id's. I guess we could create a post called Pictures and let members post the URL links to their photo, whether it be an individual pic or their yahoo profile, yahoo photo, aim, etc... |
