I'm planning to start selling the DPL system and I was wondering how many of those who have purchased it have returned it for a refund?

If you have purchased it, please let me know if you still have it or have returned it for a refund.

Thanks a lot!

My question is WHY would you pick DPL? That is by far the weakest of the LED bunch. But if your target market is the uneducated consumer, you'll probably still do ok.

I'm planning to sell the DPL therapy system (the one used for 9 minutes a day that treats the entire face at once with its two-panel design)

Bethany, Did you return it for a refund or do you still have it at home? Thanks.

It would probably sell better than the other systems but I'm trying to find out if returns will be a problem. Yes, my target market will be the UNEDUCATED consumer.

Loboman, I didn't buy DPL...but that's because I researched the available models and compared the technical specs. And as previously noted, DPL was at the very bottom of the bucket.

Just keep in mind that there will probably be some big media splashes in 2009 for the home skincare tool market. The Gentlewaves manufacturer and L'Oreal will be producing an LED, and Reliant and Fraxel will be coming out with something as well.

Curious what other products you sell? Care to share your website? Would love to know which one to avoid... knowing that you're looking for the uneducated. Couldn't get more "used car salesman" than this... Sad...

By "uneducated" I'm referring to the mainstream consumer not the lady that spends 20 hours a week researching products, and posting on skin care forums.

There is a big difference between "uneducated" and "stupid" if that's what you're concerned about. As long as the product works (and it DOES work, I love it) and returns aren't that high, it can be a profitable business for me.

The fact that I'm here trying to find out how satisfied are consumers with this product just proves I'm concerned about selling a HIGH QUALITY product.

I'm very satisfied with the product that is why I decided to start selling it. However, I realize different people may have different opinions about it.
