Anyone taking HA internally? I heard it does wonders for the skin. It's supposed to trap water inside your body plumping up your skin so that your fine lines would be diminished. Any feedbacks? Thanks! |

Hello Stardustdy - Many of us take Drs. Best HA. I've tried several types and always come back to this brand. I believe it helps with lip plumping (when combined with lots of hydration and I always drink a lot of purified water.) It also helps my wrist which I broke years back - If I don't take it, my wrist tends to be uncomfortable and I notice a sluggishness in it - if that makes sense. I have heard and read anecdotally that it has helped create a smoother face due to plumping out of wrinkles - for me I can't say I've noticed this...
Facial exercises and massage are the winners for me there. |

HA helps me a lot with my painful knee I think. I am taking about 80-100 mg per day and about 3200 mg of MSM. So I think that my knee finally getting better because of this combination.
As far for the skin, I really didn't noticed any noticeable lip or skin plumping, but as I understood on the Cerekate's thread, body will use it on the parts of emergency first. |
