I want to buy it, to make my skin better, aka, turn normal,better tone, less redness, less wrinkles, age normally..etc...
any thoughts on this?

There are a ton of threads on LEDs on the Skincare tools forum, including how to choose an LED device.
We recently did a comparison of the various options, and DPL is one of the weakest versions out there...your money will probably be better spent with a stronger product for the same price.
