Hi all!! I'm new here!!
I use a homemade lactic acid peel (just lactic acid and distilled water). Do I need to "prep" my skin beforehand? I noticed that MUAC sells their peel with a prep solution, and I wonder if that increases efficacy.

| When I had a professional peel done she wipes my wiped my face with an alcohol wipes that came in the kit. I think its important to make sure you skin is free of any oils for the best application. |

Try going to the "makemeheal" web site..go to the message boards (forums) and then look for face peels board...lots of great women with great advice on peeling..it's a lot like Essential day spa's forum..but not nearly as good.
