I have been trying to send out pm's and they are sitting in my Outbox. Not sure why or how to send. Please advise.

Hi Skybaby,
Don't worry your PM's are being sent, my messages weren't appearing in the sent box either but sitting in the Outbox. I'm getting replies so they're on their way, don't worry.

Thank you.
I haven't received any replies that was what was concerning me. I even sent tests out and said to please confirm receipt and still didn't get any back. |

I think they're working fine. I've never tried to use the "confirm receipt" feature - I didn't even realise we HAD one!  Have you tried sending to yourself and testing it that way?
Btw, we're all in different time zones and sometimes people don't log in for a few days so it might take a bit of time to get a reply sometimes. |
