Does anyone know if you can return the Clarisonic brush to EDS if you do not like it?
I have heard that if you purchase the brush from dept. stores it has a guarantee that allows it to be returned but, does EDS have the same?
Thanks,

I don't know for sure 100%, but I believe the answer is no. I don't see any sort of guarantee return policy here on EDS, although most of the time I prefer to buy my stuff from this site, the only downfall is you can not return it if it does not work for you. I can shop at Dept stores and other websites and they have 100% return allowance if you are not satisfied with the products, this includes cosmetics. That really is the only bad thing. I wish EDS would reconsider...it does stop me from buying "new" tries in fear of losing out. Why do you want to return the clarasonic....may I ask? |

I bought mine from sephora because they have a no hassle return policy. I did end up returning mine. I didn't care for it all. |

bergquis: I haven't purchased the Clarisonic yet (am strongly thinking about it) but, am hesitant to purchase it from EDS if they don't have a guarantee. It's a pretty expensive purchase for me if it doesn't turn out to be useful.
Girlie Girl: Why didn't you like yours?
Unfortunately I do not have any dept. stores or a Sephora near me where I can purchase the Clarisonic with a guarantee! |

Will EDS let you exchange for new one?The inner head doesnt rotate anymore, it only vibrates! |

Lucyluc: I would deal with Clarisonic directly in your case. If you registered your brush when you purchased it, they should have a record of it and can, most likely, repair the brush for you, or possibly replace it. I would e-mail or call them to see what they suggest. |

bergquis: I don't see anything on the Sephora site that promises that the Clarisonic brush is returnable-did you see it somewhere there?
It's $20 more than EDS but, the extra $20 would be worth it if you knew you had the insurance of being able to return it if you didn't like it! |

Have you emailed EDS customer service or live help about this? |

Lucyluc,
A lady on another forum had problems with her Clairsonic and she called the company directly. They sent her another one and she was very pleased with the customer service. Sorry I don't have any other details.
