Yesterday I got a huge new pimple in the middle of my chest, all big and red and inflamed (cystic). I'm close to my period, so it could be hormonal. This morning, *most* of it was already the white/yellow. So if I were doing extractions (I try not to, I try to let the pimple live out its natural lifetime) it was totally ready for an extraction. I have never ever had a pimple go from the red inflamed stage to the yellow stage so quickly, and I think yesterday I stumbled on a really great routine for pimples!
In the morning I put some best bath store acne gel all over my chest. In the evening when I got home, this is what I did:
1. Applied PSF acne mud masque to it for about 15 minutes.
2. Cleansed using my homemade cleanser and the pretika brush. My cleanser is really gentle, it has honey (cheap clover honey), green tea, msm, vitamin E, lemon, and cetearyl alcohol for thickening.
3. Honey mask for about an hour. It was manuka honey and milk.
4. Before I went to bed, I slathered my chest with the best bath store acne gel. |
