I know some oils are used for anti-bacterial, some are anti-aging, some are anti-inflamatory, some are good for the eye are. Would like to learn more about oils in skin care. What's a good website for actives and oils?

My 'go to' resource for many years has been Marge at naturesgift.com
Click on 'carrier oils and additives' from the menu on the left.
I was on the site the other day and noted she has written a book - Essential oils and Aromatics. Likely a very good book based on the information she provides via her website! |

Hi! Carekate, who used to be a regular poster here I believe, has a notepad over on MUA that lists her guide to oils along with various DIY recipes: http://makeupalley.com/user/notepad/carekate
Not sure whether you need to be registered with them to view this or not, but it's very thorough. I also second nakeidknits suggestions, which I use as well. |
