Yonka Phyto Eye Cream is suppose to help this. I have used in the past.
This is the description from the EDS site
"This softly-textured aromatic cream concentrated with rosemary extracts immediately imparts a distinctively cool sensation and feeling of well-being. From the first application, Phyto-Contour helps: eyelids feel firm, toned and less heavy; attenuate puffiness and signs of fatigue, diminish dark circles smooth and refine skin's texture in the case of under eye milia (white grainy clusters) impart a soft cooling sensation to eye and lip contours presence a youthful and smooth tone above and around the mouth." |

I would definitely go to a dermatologist. The skin on the eyelids is extremely delicate, and you could create a scar by being too aggressive in trying to deal with the milia yourself.
For the future, you might consider a less rich eyecream. Some people have found that overly greasy eyecreams cause milia for them.
Good luck... |

My milia were under my eyes not on my eyelids. They are gone now kind of by accident. While I was using Obagi NuDerm under my eyes I noticed after 3 to 4 weeks my milia were all gone. It most have been the intense exfoliation and peeling that got rid of mine. I don't recommend you use NuDerm on your eyelids if thats where your milia are. |

Be very very VERY careful of putting any products on the eyelids. The skin here is extremely thin so anything you put on here is likely to be absorbed into the body as well. |

I have had tiny cysts on my eyelid removed by a opthamologist. Not fun, but not too painful (once he gives me novacaine) and it clears up without a scar in about 2 weeks. If the whole cyst isn't removed, and is just drained of whatever's in there, they just re-form and fill up. |

Mine disappear after a couple weeks if I lay off the eye cream for a few days. |

Thank you so kindly.. (AIMEE3, AVA WITH WINGS AND OASISJC)
since i can post only one reply so using this post to all of you.
Hi Aimee3, I am very glad for you that you got rid of that cyst. I do have a questios:
Is opthamologist and Dermatology is the same?
I did go to my dermatology when i had a very little tiny one on eyelid he said it will give me scar and no gurantee that it will not come back and with scar i might devolpe vitiligo( where skin color turns to white as milk)also there is a charge $70 dollars to remove. I also have choleostrol deposit under my eyes he said samething as above and it will cost me to fix it $160.
now my concern only with eyelid i am very depressed for now using this antibiotic cream which my family dr gave me to apply.
Thank you for supporting me, meant a lot:)
Hi Ava with wings:
Thanks for the support:) I would like to know what was the name of the cream because the one my dr gave me it calls " Fucidin Ointment"
Also like to know if you are ok to write here was your cyst was filled with liquid type because mine is big on my eyelid.
hoping to hear from you shortly!
Thanks for helping me:)

Is it a stye you have? Coconut oil is comedogenic (blocks pores) so that may not have been the best advice. Family doctors and pharmacists have the medical qualifications to deal with minor skin conditions. I have overheard health store employees giving totally incorrect advice before.
Congratulations on quitting smoking that really is the best thing you could do for your skin! Are you sad because of withdrawal or the eye problem? If it is withdrawal buy some nicotine replacement from a pharmacy, addictions are tough to break without support. |

Hi firefox....thanks for the resspond!
I am sad and got self esteem due to MILIA on my upper lid
I am not having that bad reaction with my smoking withdrawl reaction (of course i am missing the moments where smoking will make me calm down and know deep breathing drinking water will help since this is not my first quit so i am not that worry with my quit and glad i did quit day 4 today i am on NRT and gum for that)
as you read my respond from last night and trying that fusidin antibiotic cream for now.
getting appt from specialist in Canada not easy have to wait atleast 3 to 6 months yeah!!
I normally do not trust health store employee but it was my daughter who wanted to help with my choleostrol deposit under eye and those pimples. employee from health store told us that she is using herseelf this "virgin coconut oil" and her skin is cleaned now. i do not trust this but thought my daughter has researched and would be fine. My one pimple on eyelid popped out 3 days after using this coconut oit
I stopped using everything now on face only use sunscreen on face even that i am afraid too
Thanks for your kind support and hope to hear from you and others here as well.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but I just saw your post with the question, but it seems you've already had it done. Glad it's removed and that you weren't in pain. Dermatologists specialize in skin, whereas ophthalmologists treat the eyes.
The doctor I saw specialized in not only eyes but also cosmetic surgery. I went to him only because every dermatologist I had seen was afraid to touch a cyst on the eyelid. |

Thanks Aimee3, I knew my dermatology over 30 years and he is extremley popular and does everything like cosematic serjury etc....he checked and right away removed everything hope it does not come back again.
My eye doctor is very old now and whenever i called the receptionist is always rude it is true....few months back i wanted to see opthomologist for my eye condition to follow up so i can have my laser serjury since i hate wearing glasses i did see my eye doctor in June he told me he will book appt to specialist for me if laser will be ok guess what that new reciptionist never called specialist after three months i went to her she was freaking rude to me then i called again and spoke to senior receptionist then she faxed to specialist now i got appt next year in March wow!! that is how in Canada so i thought if i asked for this eyelid thing first i have to see eye doctor who knows when appt available then he will book appt to same specialist and probably i will get appt in october next year so i could not wait....
I do have good faith in my regular dermatologist over 30 years and he works in the hospital always busy i am glad i got the appt right away.
I am not worrying for money it was my self esteem so i feel ok.
only thing i have choleostrol deposit under both eyes very tiny my dr told me just leave as it is for now because he has to cut that skin and scar can stay and can get complicated. he asked me to stop using coconut oil.
Tahnk you everyone here for helping me and supporting me:) Ia m bad with computer but somehow I got connected here. i am very glad now!
keepin touch!
