some of you forget to treat your body well!
Don't forget to keep a good diet with tons of fruits and vegetables (at least 5-9), and drink a lot of water!
I have a sister almost my age and she looks soo much healthier than me in every way, her skin even looks beautiful without all those products, and all she does is eat really well, exercise and drink water!
I hope this is not the wrong forum but just a friendly reminder,
These products won't do much but cover up an internal problem! |

Agreed! And now I need to stop focusing exclusively on my skin, and get my whole body on the same improvement plan! |

Due to my breakouts in everything on my face recently I decided to drink more water than I normally would (8 glasses daily) and WOW did it make a difference,
also for those that don't know, adding apple cider vinegar (2tbsp in a glass 2x daily) makes a big difference in your skin and digestion, wow!

that probably is true! I noticed that my complexion became more glowing, i don't know why that is, it only started happening after i added the APV (apple cider vinegar),
ALso I lost 4 pounds, but i'm 100% positive because I didn't eat well and not because of the APV lol.
I"m officially a stick weighing 90lbs |

We're all crazy about Skin care products because we want to look younger and sexier. However, skin care products can only do so much. A lot of the work starts from inside. So exercising is a great way to keep our skin looking beautiful and sexy. 1. Sleep
2. Diet
3. Facial exercises (even if you work out your body it'll do little for your face but add a little color) |

You're supposed to have 2tbsp 2x daily, but it varies, if you can't take 2tbsp in one cup then make that 1tbsp in a big cup of water 4x daily and the taste wont be as bad,
I got used to it by thinking that this was good for my body and before i knew it i didn't resent the taste that much anymore.. |
