Gosh, has anyone else had this happen? So when I work out I really need to soak after 'cause I get sore otherwise. For awhile I have been noticing my neck just seemed to be changing, drier and crepey. I thought oh, no, the dreaded turkey neck. My hairstylist has this huge window with natural light and I would really see it! Yuck, then one day I realized that when I soak in the jacuzzi, and it is about 3 days a week, I really get my upper shoulder area and my neck is under all that chlorine. I started to wonder if that was part of the problem. I know vaseline is really not good, but a friend who swims puts vaseline on her body for the same reason before she swims. So I thought, maybe it would help cut down what was happening with my neck. So for a few weeks now I have been putting vaseline on my neck first and it is almost back to normal now! I just wash the vaseline off after. Has anyone ever had this happen before, or is there some other tough barrier product that isn't as nasty as vaseline? Thanks everybody! ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |
