For those of us who do not have the opportunity to shower twice daily:
For all of my adult life I have used an oil [i]immediately[/i after showering to "seal in the moisture". But now that I have begun using products to improve the aging skin on my body, I have stopped using the oil to allow for proper penetration of the actives, but I feel like my skin is getting dryer than it used to be. Is it worth it to put oil on my dry skin from a moisturizing perspective (I do know that a lot of people think it can "drive the actives deeper", but I'm talking about moisturization here) I know using (or making a cream) would be an option for applying to dry skin... I've just always loved my oils. |
