I finally found an eyeshadow that will last all day! My eyelids are oily and usually after a few hours, everything tends to slide off. L'Oreal HIP eyeshadow in Destiny is a beautiful color and lasts all day. Yippee!!! |

No eye shadows last on me if I use as is. I have to use a base and then I can use any shadow. For a base I use MAC paints, it works great. I've tried just about every shadow base out there and MAC paints is the only thing that works for me. |

Renee, thanks so much for posting. I've always had problems getting eyeshadow to stay creaseless, even with bases. Lately I've mostly just been smudging it over my liner. I'll check out the L'Oreal HIP shadows the next time I'm in town. |

The colors of Loreal HIP eyeshadows seem a bit too bright. For example, bold green, orange, and purple. They don't have any subtle colors such as grey, brown, or beige. |

Thanks for reviewing this product, I was just eyeing them the other day but was scared of the bright colors.
I may try the gold duo (gilded) it doesn't seem as loud.
Do they stay on pretty intense all day long?
Thanks

You have to apply with a light hand because the dark color is pretty intense. I smudge it out when I'm through and it stays put all day. If you will go to L'Oreals site, their is a video on how to apply; it's pretty interesting. |
