This is open to interpretation. It could be really bad, or not so bad. It could be something you're trying to fix, or not.

Me: I always hear that it's best to sleep on the back but I can't do it. I sleep on my stomach with my head turned to the side. I'm not trying to change this at all because I'm just most comfortable sleeping on my stomach. I also hear that it's best to change the pillowcase nightly and I don't do that anywhere near that often.

My worst habit at the moment is squeezing out the hundred or so of blackheads and whiteheads on my face. It leaves loads of scars and I swear I keep trying to stop, but it isn't working.

Also, I sleep on my side and I've been trying to switch to sleeping on my back.

I second that
I always touch my blackheads and pimples Rolling Eyes
every time I swear that this will the the last time, and there were soo many "last times" and it`s going on...

and yes, I also sleep on my stomach. I can`t sleep any other way.

I also sleep on my stomach. Thought I was the only one since so many people sleep on their side. For some reason, sleeping on my stomach is the only way I can fall asleep at night. Don't know why but that's how I am.

Also, although I do try to have a healthy diet, I must confess I love junk food. Pizza, french fries, chocolate etc. I can go on and on. I have friends who try to convince me that they really love salads, but I've never liked them. Only Caesara's salad dripping in oil and garlic. I do love fruit, but vegetables are eaten only because I know I should.

I had this bad habit of falling asleep on the sofa while watching TV, with make up on Mad
Now, I get those Ponds wet towelettes next to the sofa and use them as soon as I start watching TV....I still fall asleep on the sofa, but at least my face is cleaner.

Fun topic!

My bad beauty habits are:

* trying to squeeze out the cystic acne when I know it will never come to a head but rather just cause a bruise on my skin

* drinking coffee and soda

* not drinking enough water

* not doing drybrushing enough

* not doing facial exercise enough

Good subject...I think! Embarassed For me, definitely thinking if I just remove these clogged pores, and oh those clogged pores....they will not come back! But they do. I am getting better about being gentle at squeezing pimples, waiting until it's time (and oh trust me you know when it is time or not)...but I simply can not stand seeing people with large inflamed pimples or whiteheads, that is a no no for me!

Ouch, good topic.

Sleeping on my stomach and/or my side. I find it almost impossible to fall asleep on my back and when I do I have those awful "I want to get up but can't because I'm trapped in my body" type of dreams which I really hate.

I'm also bad at re-applying sunblock throughout the day, though now I'm using PTR Instant Mineral spf 30 so I hope that by dabbing on some before lunchtime it actually helps.

I need to eat more antioxidant-rich food and less carcinogen-rich food.

I also have an occasional puff of a cigarette when having drinks with friends that smoke. That happens maybe like once a month if at all, but still, not good. Maybe I should find new friends... Rolling Eyes

The MOST WORST habit must be
1)squeeze the blackhead, though i know it will make my pore larger and larger, i really cant tolerate it!

2)dont drink water

3)eat the junk food, eg my lover --potato chips

4)did not do mask regular.....

Never drinking enough water, not getting enough exercise and fresh air, not getting enough sleep on a regular basis, not eating enough veggies.

Fortunately, I am a back-sleeper by nature, so at least that's one less thing to worry about!

My worst beauty habit is to purchase new skin care products although I already have too many unopened and half full bottles.

Funny topic! Very Happy

- sleeping on the stomach
- fumble and rip off cuticles (a nightmare!)
- too much wine and cigarettes Embarassed

Nonetheless I look years younger then I am (at least people say it... Cool ), maybe because I never do sunbathing, always remove makeup in the evening and had an early start (around 19 or 20) with skincare including eye cream, serums and stuff. And visiting a beautician regularly. Maybe it's just good genes Laughing .

I have the exact same habits!!! I need to add one more though, smoking. As soon as I get off all of my medications I plan on attempting to quit. I tell ya, even though I have all of these bad habits my skin looks pretty good for my age. It could always be better. To bad being good is so hard to do. At least for me it's hard to be good.

Yeah, touching/squeezing the face is what I was thinking of as really bad. And you're definitely not the only one. But I truly believe that it's best to not touch the face at all. Even if the pimple goes white- it's still best to leave it alone. I know when it's yellow it's really ugly. Repeat after me: "that pimple is ugly today, but a scar is forever"

I'm suprised- there are a lot of stomach sleepers here! For me it's about the shape of my head, I can barely balance on the bottom of my head, I always have to turn my head to the side and it's easier to turn my head to the side when I'm on my stomach.

Diet- me too! I don't dislike healthy food but generally it takes more effort to eat it and have enough to be satisfied. I feel like I eat reasonably healthy about half the time, and then there's periods where it's not so great. I haven't had a leafy salad all week. And I can never, ever give up potato chips, I love them. I eat them regularly, even when I feel I eat reasonable healthy. I also know from experience that for me dairy=acne, but I love cheese! I do try to minimize it though.

Hair:

I'm trying to grow my hair long so I haven't gotten my hair cut since spring. You can just get a pair of scissors and go through your hair looking for any split ends and just snip them off as you go along.

I think we all struggle with that...
Some ideas (besides the obvious of buying less Very Happy)

1. Refrigerate anything you're not currently using
2. Give stuff away
3. Use up stuff on your body
