The horrors of getting older....I got up this morning and found one of those sleep creases in my cheek.
14 hours later and I can still see it!!
Can anyone suggest any way to 'help it along'? A little light massage maybe?
I know I have to try to learn to sleep on my back, but I think it might be too late for me, I have tried for years and never been able to.
Do silk/satin pillowcases help? |

Frownies really help with sleep wrinkles, although they are not the most comfortable thing to have on your face while sleeping:

| Plain old sticky tape while sleeping works for me. |

| use paper tape - this is much softer than sticky tape and doesn't leave lines from the edges - works wonders round my eyes as I used to get oval shaped lines under my eyes after sleeping which were taking longer and longer to go away |

it's exactly what it says on the tin! 
You can get it from the medical section of Boots or Superdrug - it's also called medical tape - it's just soft papery white tape that's much softer for using on your face |
