I'm always afraid to do facial exercises wrong so I'm actually looking for a device that helps toning up facial muscles. What would you recommend me? |

I love the Tua Trend...it's the one product that if it would break tomorrow, I would order another. |

yes...I'm very happy with the way my neck has responded...when I first started I looked at the different muscles in the neck by looking at the following links...then I used the Tua to contract any and all of them. I've heard it said that the neck muscles are connected to the collar bone so I target the collar bone also... I also put the Tua right behind each ear lobe...that really pulls up that big neck muscle. You'll know when you hit the right spot by the muscle contraction. I don't use at the high settings though. Just enough to get a good contraction. Look at Cooking Katy's post in 'test driving the tua' for more info.

Thanks a lot. Is it possible that this tool doesnt work for everybody? I noticed the reviews are mixed.
I'm relatively young but I want to avoid further damage and get a toned face. Does it remove wrinkles like crowfeet by toning up the face? |

Microcurrent home devices are widely recommended. But ensure it's true microcurrent, ie causing no visible muscle movement as that could cause more harm than good. True microcurrent include devices like the NuFace and salon leader Caci, which has just brought out a home device, though user reviews of the Caci are thin on the ground currently. |

I dont believe that these electric muscle simulators are a replacement for facial exercises... I tried to achieve abdominals with electric stimulation and nada and then i did sit ups and I developed nice abs... actively working out muscles build em and I am not so sure about the passive ones such as provided by E stimulators, they should be better than doing nothing though... |

Hi Daler
Yes I agree. Facial exercises are extremely good and working the muscle yourself with gentle resistance is superior to home muscle stimulation devices. The same as going to the gym to work body muscle is much more effective than passively working body muscle via a device used whilst sitting/lying still. I've been going to the gym for 20 plus years 2-3 times/week and I've kept taught defined muscle toned throughout. I guess I'm saying 'no quick fix and no substitute for real physical graft' |
