| I developed 3 deep creases on the bottom of my bottom foot. While most people wont see them it still bothers me as im big into skin care and these wrinkles look the worst. anything that I could use to fade the appearance of them? |

Paula has clearly not tried the Dermaroller, which has definitely eridicated my crow feet. However, that is NOT an appropriate treatment for one's feet due to the decreased circulation and the incredible pressure on that area.
Wrinkles on your feet may be dynamic usage lines...like the lines on the palms of your hands. (Hopefully you are not worrying about those too?)
The good news is that unless you are dating a Pedophile with a Foot Fetish, having lines there should not cause you any problems. Would you be willing to settle for nice smooth feet instead? If so, check out the Pedi-egg which will make your heels look fabulous. |

| Moisturize! Try nivea creme. It comes in a deep blue colored jar. I like it because it rubs in so smooth. It is like a balm. I suggest massaging it into your feet. You will still have the lines but you can soften them so they don't look so deep. Also a good foot exfoliation regimen is important! |

I used to have these on my foot, but what I do is that when I go to the sauna, I "file" them with a foot scrub while the skin is soft because of the steam. Then after taking a shower, I immediately moisturize the foot.
Also, when you go to bed, make sure that you put some foot cream and a good pair of socks on our foot.
Make it a habit to do this and all your foot wrinkles will diminish in time.
