I watched "The doctor's" today and they featured a massage device which is supposed to actually work to reduce cellulite. Has anyone tried this and did it work?

It is rechargeable Smile I would love to hear someone say they use it and it works. I usually dont go for these things, but I have hope because the doc on the show says it works. he said he tested many treatments and this would be a great home alternative to endermologie at a salon used consistently.

Der! I see the cord now.

You know for the price Monica I think it's worth a try. I think I might buy it after Xmas.

There's always something to be buying isn't there. Wink

This is a good product and from what I have been told from others that have used it, there are very good results. I have a similar product and it does work, if I remember to use it. I do well in the summer but tend to forget in the winter. I had a friend in Spain that uses this brand and so does her sister. I tried to get this brand when I was getting a cellulite machine but at that time, I couldn't find it available.

Toby which is the product that you have?
How long have you been using it? If there's some reviews that the verseo only lasts a few sessions I'm just wondering what some of the others are like.

I have two. I started out with the Igia
http://www.yoospot.com/igcelmas.asp
I used it until we moved and I lost the power cord. When I tried to buy another one I couldn't find one like it-this was two years ago. There really wasn't anything available at the time I was looking in the US so I ordered one from the UK it is a LorealPro. After it came I located my power cord so I let a friend use one. I prefer the Igia because of the heat and strong suction. When I use it on a regular basis it makes a BIG difference. I usually do use it regularly in the summer but slack off in the winter. I also use the larger size vaculift and it works well( not a noise factor). If I had a real problem, had lots of money, and wanted to really look great in a bathing suit this is the one I would get this one the new thigh pro thigh cellulite massage
http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-Thigh-Design-PRO-Cellulite-Tissue-Massager-System_W0QQitemZ120348269309QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item120348269309&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50
This last one was designed by a doctor GYN so I am sure it really does the trick.

Toby

I had the thigh-designer (marketed here as thigh pro) and it is, seriously, just a hand vacuum with a suction device attached. That said, I used it anyhow, and it did work pretty well for cellulite, but I got a lot of bruising.

I invested in a wellbox 2 years ago, and it is a world of difference. I'd consider saving your money on the thigh pro, personally. I ended up getting rid of it.

For the price, the little hand suction thingy above looks rather promising.

Thanks for posting lovebird. The wellbox has always gotten great review but with the cost it seemed out of my range. Can you tell us what is so different about it than the other devices?
Toby

Thanks Toby. I like the sound of the Igia one. It sounds about the same as the Verseo so hopefully it will last more than just a few treatments.

You can use it without the gel but it is more effective and easier to use with it.

Monica I tried to order the Igia which has advertised on the page a sale price of $79.95, but when I click on the link to buy it it comes up as $129.95.(I think that was the price) I emailed them asking what was going on, but haven't heard back as yet.

Just wondering if that's what happened to you too?
