Not long ago - maybe 10 days, I discovered my prolight red was not working properly. I sent an email to Rita Page telling her what was happening with my light and asking what I could do.
Rita responded back immediately and had me send my improperly working light to her.
She also let me know when she received my 'old' light and was processing the new one for shipment.
Today I received my new prolight - working beautifully!
I wanted you all to know what an efficient and positive transaction I had with Rita. Plus, I'm so happy to have my light again!

So glad things worked out for you. Let us know how you get on with it. I'm using the ProLight Platinum and will report once I've used it long enough to have a meaningful result (or non-result, as the case may be.) |

Flitcraft - thanks! Will do.
Jewel - Prolight platinum is an LED device that is designed to improve skin texture, etc and for skin recovery. It's not a cream or lotion but a light system. Many pay big bucks to use such things in a salon.
The idea is that they will help you rejuvenate collagen and lessen wrinkles.
Rita at Prolight would be glad to answer questions for yoi about the prolight platinum. Great person to do business with - obviously reputable. prolightaestethics.com

The Prolights are one the strongest home LEDs out there....they are undoubtedly MUCH stronger than the Pretika.
You should check out the "How to Decide on a LED" which is lower on this page. |

Jewel, you might want to check out septembergirl's post below linking to a study done on LEDs that showed they were effective in reducing wrinkle depth. In that study, the scientists first used a "homebrew" LED and found it not effective because it was too weak. They went with a much stronger light and got good results. (I'm too much of a computer illiterate to link to the post, so I'll post to it again to move it up. It's a really good post that anyone interested in LEDs should read.) |

Thanks. |
