FlexEffect eye exercises

Hey all,

I've just ordered the FlexEffect book, CD and DVD, but want to get a head start on the eye exercises.

I can't seem to find any reference to them on the web. Could someone please tell me how to do them?

I would ask that no one post our copy righted information here. You will receive your product in the next 7 business days (generally, if you are in the states.) If you ordered today, it's likely to go out on Monday.

If you really want a head start, please contact on of our online trainers (those we believe to be qualified to teach you our FE exercises the way we describe them)...

Make sure you register with the code you receive with your program on the Workshop....

I have my email order confirmation, but no code for the forum. Is it possible to get this before my order arrives?

I'm in New Zealand, so it could take a little longer.
