I am 27, Chinese, i have oily skin in summer but in winter kind of dry, with some pores and spots, however these are never my first concern comparing to the broken capillary on the cheeks, when having spicy food(i love food with peppers, such a bad habit for my skin); Sad exposing to the sun for a while, or the temperature changes, my face gets red and itchy, this is really terrible.

I tried several lines but seems only a little effect. Now i using Yonka Lait Nettoyant, PS toner and Biokosma Cream in AM, following Spirig Ultra Sun Daylong SPF 25, and Yonka Lait Nettoyant,Sheba Med 5.5 Cleanser, Yokna PS toner, and Dr Brandt Pore No More cream in PM. Also have 2-3 times in-house deep cleaning and hydration with masks each week . No break-out, but i really hope there are more effective products for anti-redness and heal my broken veins.

Can any one be so kind to give me such suggestions:
1. Any lines you've tried and think really do something to fragile skin;
2. Any serum helpful to control and repair, i found EmerginC Multi Vitamin and Retinol Serum , Sothys Clear and Comfort Concentrated Serum , Pevonia RS2 Concentrate will be good but have no idea on which one to choose, and of course you can recommend other brands apart from these three.

Hoping my topic is not too long to read. And thanks in advance for your kind advices. Very Happy

May be it is the same problem for many people.without daily care,you should take care of your life style.more water,more fruits ,more sleep,less pungency.and because you are 27,maybe you should eat some thing can increase hormone.my thought.

I know many people on here have had success with the 302 skincare line. There is someone that distributes it in this forum and he gives a discount. Beware that the thread is very long, so I'd ask your questions instead of trying to read the whole thing. Good luck!

I've read that some people are actually allergic to the sun. You might want to try searching the Web looking for (all of these at once) [sun "broken veins" "spicy food" red itchy]. I think once veins are broken, you have to have them lasered closed by a dermatologist.

Good luck! Smile

Calendula cream from Jurlique helps to calm my skin down with any redness and dryness that I get.

Pevonia RS2 Concentrate has been of no use to me Sad

I also used to have a hypersensitive skin, but once I stopped using the acids, simplified my routine by throwing out products that have long lists of unpronouncable ingredients, my skin loved it and does not rebel as much often as it used to be.

So may be it's a good idea to choose more natural products like GoW or SkinActives, use calming hydrosols ( like Chamomile) instead of toners and oils instead of moisturizers, sunscreens without chemicals and limit actives to Retin_A, DMAE, Niachinamide.

I always hear people say Avene sensitive line products are very useful to them. I have tried the thermal water and love it very much.

Some ingredients are possible to cause serious problems when the skin has not been accustomed to them, such as retinol and Aha, although they are powerful. Be very careful when chooseing them.
