Any thoughts as to which is better for acne? I've always thought BHA but have recently read Mandelic is also excellent.
I have only heard about Mandelic maybe a year ago and don't see it mentioned often in skin care articles. |

I would also like to know! I have been using 2% BHA for a long time, and it doesn't have a huge effect... my skin gets a bit worse if I stop using it (clogged pores, etc) but I wonder if mandelic acid would be a step up. I am considering getting one of the Garden of Wisdom mandelic acids, probably one without alcohol or seaweed (which can be comedogenic, from what I've read). |

Hi cejl,
I just purchased GOW acids kit and its sort of building your skin up for mandelic acid. I'll let you know how it works out for me. |
