I bought these today to try and make my hair thicker and stop it from shedding so much, particuarly in the front.

Is anyone else taking these? Looking at the ingredients, it seems that taurine is the magic ingredient although there is also green tea and some grapeseed in them which I take anyway.

But why on earth do they have to be a green color? There are about 4 E-numbers in them. I would rather they were a dung shade and contained none Laughing It seem gimmicky.

And why the presence of talc? Isn't this an old fashioned ingredient?

Oh well, moaning over, let's hope it does the job.

Anybody else experiencing good things with these?

Just read Zizi's post on these supplements. Glad to see that they are having an effect!

I've just eaten a big bowl of pineapple to counteract the effects that consuming something containing talc might have. Confused

Come on hair, grow, grow.... Pray
