I just got a skin ceuticals serum 10 AOX today, upon opening it I've noticed it's a dark yellow/orange colour. There is no expiry date on the bottle. Should I be using this or contacting the supplier about it? |

I had used clique serum which contain vitamin C,every week I used one bottle for 5 ml,at first, the serum it lucidity, but at weekend the serum become yellow, because of the oxygenation. So when you use a serum which contain vitamin C,you may use it quickly to insure effect. |

Its oxidized. It should be champagne to very light yellow. SkinCeuticals does not have exp dates on items. It wont hurt you to use but wont be very effective. |

You'd return it and get a refund or replacement! |

Hi Binkie!
I have been using the SkinCeuticals C serums for years. They should be clear when you receive them. Over time they will turn a pale yellow, but that would be after 2 months or longer.
I used to order my SkinCeuticals C serums from DermaDoctor. Now, I just order them directly from SkinCeuticals.
Which supplier did you order from? |

Yes, it is oxidized. Strawberry offers not bad service. Hopefully, you can have this issue solved soon. |
