I looked thru the table of contents online and didn't see the under eye area specifically addressed? Also, are there massages for under the eye (since everyone seems to like these) or are there just exercises? Thanks in advance  |

But yes, there are definitely under eye exercises (as part of other exercises) and some general massage tips (but nothing specific to the eyes).
If you want more info on massaging the eyes, I would suggest that you google lymphatic drainage massage. |

You may have gotten some confusion from the explanation of under eye massage that is in the FlexEffect facial exercise program. Many of us have both programs and I think the eye massage that was being discussed was from the FlexEffect program. Another tool you can try here is to do a search on eye massage and it will pull up many posts that have been discussed on eye massage. Hope that helps.
