I don't know if this has been addressed before, but I do know that (like me) some members strongly object to the smell of the apple cider vinegar in the Homemade ACV Toner recipe. Carekate suggested adding Ylang Ylang and Lemon Essential Oils to help cancel out the odor (and to add the extra benefits of the EO's). What I found is that when I use the cheaper/regular ACV brands, nothing helps with the odor (personally, I can't stand the smell), but when I use the BRAGG Raw Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, my ACV toner actually smells nice (with the Ylang Ylang and Lemon EO's added). I just wanted to pass on this little discovery to others who may have sensitive noses like me. |

Thanks for the tip! I was just getting ready to make the avc toner for the first time... i'll start with a small batch and if i have a problem with the smell will switch over (although i do like the idea of using an organic acv) |

That's the only vinegar I use, but they all smell pretty much the same to me. Anyway, the ACV Toner makes me break out. I tried to love it, but somethings just aren't meant to be. |
