Looking for idea's on how to use the hemp seed oil I recently purchased. Any good recipes out there? |

For one thing..if you have dry skin..it's really nice as a facial oil..of course. it's 'oily' so you have to massage it into your face..but my skin loves it....and some of the components..omega 3's etc...will penetrate through the skin into your body providing some nutritional benefit aS well. |
