We will be going on a cruise to the Caribbean soon. I will be bringing my beloved Sheshido spf 55 with me but I intend to use it on my face only. My hubby is not big fan of physical ss for its whitish cast and having to use makeup remover so he will be using a different face sunscreen. So now I am looking for a body sunscreen. I am considering Neutrogena but they all comes in 3 oz tubes only. I am wondering how many do I need to for a 7-day trip? |

The rule is 1 tsp for the face and neck, 1 shot glass full for the body parts exposed applied every 2hrs is sufficient, unless you go out in the water than you must reapply afterwards. |

Devita and Mexitan are 2 inexpensive physical sunscreen options. Devita's a 6 oz bottle, and Mexitan has large size options as well. |

Thanks for your advises.
I am in Vancouver and oddly I have never seen either Devita or Mexitan sold here.
I love the SS spray too for its convenience, but I am kind of worried about the safety of bringing it on airplane. I hope there is drugstore close by the Port of Miami (does anyone know?) so I can pick up one or two before boarding on the cruise ship. |

Ombrelle sport spray is a great sunscreen for the body. It's easy to apply and it doesn't have a tacky feeling afterwards. Both my husband and I use it--I think he likes that it says 'sport' on the label! |

I've never seen either of those sold in a physical store either
I buy it online. I use Devita and buy it from internatural.

I've always liked Blue Lizard or Ocean Pacific - do you have access to either of those? |
