I want to order Kimberly Sayer Anti Oxidant Daily Moisturizer with spf 25 and add vitamin C to it. I am so confused with the different types of Vitamin C that are out there like superoxide dismutase and other forms that have been mentioned here. Can anyone advise me on a, which form I should use and where I can purchase it?
Thanks in advance! |

Hi there!
I would recommend MAP (Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate) which I've found to be a nice addition to creams and lotions.. Just keep in mind it can liquify anything you put it in straight away.. To avoid that, just mix the MAP into SKB, then incorporate it into your cream or lotion.. (You can find both products here;)

I believe the only form of vitamin C that is ph dependent is LAA (L-Ascorbic Acid), so that is the one you wouldn't want to put in your creams or lotions. |

Hi,
I am currently using Obagi Vit C serum, 10%, on the face and 5% at the eye area. My beauty therapist has suggested that as I did not have a bad reaction to Vit C, I should increase to 10% at the eye area also. I would be interested to hear any advice wrt this matter. |

Sea Kelp Bioferment, Many of the regular suppliers sell it.

Just to name a few off the top of my head, you can find a long listing near the bottom of the recipe index on the DIY section.
