Mithai -
Well - my Dermawand is 240v and I bought mine from Ideal World the shopping channel - but after a quick search on the web there are two versions - 110v and 240v - please read the label on the wand to make sure you have the 240v device.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Thanks photoqueen, for always taking the time to reply and help!...I have already bought one and i think it is 110v(coming from US)...so will need a small converter...how many watts DW needs...the converter i already have can handle upto 45w..enough you think?

At 240v the Dermawand uses 3Watts - so you should be fine.
The voltage rating is on the label at the top of the dermawand and also the wattage rating.

Just to add:
The power consumption of the dermawand at:
110volts - 6 watts
240volts - 3 watts.
