Got some Estriol cream from ADC with my last order. It was on the "others who bought what you bought also bought this" (aka, online version of all the candy bars by the checkout at the grocery)...
Anyways, I remembered seeing something about premarin(?) on Oprah a few years back and thought this was the generic.
I'm fully menopausal - have never used any hrt though. Wondering if anyone has tried this on their face and how?
For now, I've just used a very small amount - maybe 1/4 of a pea - all over my face after washing in the early evening. Before I go to bed, I rinse my face pretty thoroughly again before applying retin a & moisturizer... My logic is that it's been absorbed & also that I don't really know what it's doing so don't leave it on too long!
Your thoughts, comments, cautions welcomed.
