I use Clarins Fix Mascara on top of my regular mascara to waterproof it - great result! |

You could get your lashes dyed by a professional if you wanted to skip the mascara step all together--the results would only be colour, no thickening or lengthening.
I apply Laura Mercier's Brightening Powder under my eyes to set my concealer. It does not make the concealer cake or crack and both my mascara and eyeliner stay in place. I actually think it makes me look more awake. And I'm probably not. |

I do eyelash tinting in my salon and it is so effective!!! i love it and i do it to myself every 2 weeks. its especially good for getting the lower lashes as my mascara always looks clumpy and gets on my face also.
tinting normally costs about £10 and last for about 4 weeks but to be honest you can buy the kit for yourself for about £15-£20 and this will last you a good year! use the blue black for a raven black reflective colour.

I use to have this problem and had to use waterproof mascara. For some odd reason this no longer a problem for me. |

I have the same exact issue and went with the lash tinting - it makes my lashes look great but when I do want to wear mascara I use Blinc - It can be pricey but it does not smudge at all. |
