I had a quick question - actually i cant even remember if i asked this here before.....i go from one obsession to another way too often...
i dont use frownies actually but the skin tape and only occasionally when i think of it.
I have used this tape on the nasio...(always get that term wrong) and did notice that in the morning they were MUCH less noticeable (for about an hour)- if i continue to do this could it have cumulative effects???

| I think there is definitely a cumulative effect. The problem I have with Frownies is that they really do make sleep quite uncomfortable. I'm trying hard to only sleep on my back - a most unnatural position for me - and so between that and the Frownies, I was not getting my much-needed 8 hours! But I am a believer in them - I've seen the results! (And they've got me thinking that I might be a good candidate for FlexEffect...) |

Thanks for the reply...
I also have a hard time sleeping - i wake a few times because of the stickers especially when i have them next to my nose.
What I dont get though is if the lines lessen at night - but "come back" during the day - using them only at night will lessen them over time? I will definitely try it - i just wanted to make sure this was possible before I disrupt my sleep every night now. 
Flex Effect is the device or exercise program?? Ive used the device and I know MANY have gotten results - I did not though. I have a very small mouth and couldnt get it to open all the way - not sure if that was my problem or not (i would think not considering I was still exercising that area and feeling the burn)... who knows. |
