my whole hands get darken due to sunlight.
Please help me to regain my original colour of hands.

You mean that your whole hand is darkened as in... you got a suntan on your hands?
If that is the case, you just have to put a GOOD sunscreen EVERY SINGLE day.
Now if the hand is darkened with spots that won't go away, etc. you might consider a treatment consisting of:
a. Exfoliating
b. Some kind of bleaching cream with hydroquinone, or kojic acid, or arbutin...

Hi friend,
Actually I ride on bike daily for 4 to 5 hours.
due to sunlight,Upper side of my hands get too much darken till my shirt.
Please tell me the sunscreen product better one.
please tell me how much time it will take to regain original colour.
and how many times in a day should i use it.
also how many days I have to wait to see the effect.

| Are they dark patches as in Melasma? My knees and ankles are darker because of Melasma from the sunlight. |
