Hello, I work as mobile beauty therapist and I am would like to purchase Yon Ka products in order to use on my clients. Yon Ka offer couple of facials like Le Grand Classique, Hydralessens Visage ,etc..
I was wondering does anyone know what products exactly are used in each Yon Ka facial and what are the routines? I would really appreciate if you can help me.
Thank you xx |

Hi Aquarius,
Sorry, I don't know the answer to your questions. However, seeing as you are wanting to purchase YonKa products and are a beauty therapist, I would say that YonKa should be more than happy to provide you with the info. Have you tried emailing them?

Hi and thanks for your reply. I went to Yon Ka office this morning and they only train registered beauty salons and only would sell to them Yon Ka products warehouse price. I told them that I am interested and work for my self and in the future going to open my beauty salon, still they said that they couldn't train me. I think that it's so stupid of them. Also she asked me what area do I live in and was I going to open my salon there as well? I said to her possible yes. She answered that in my area there is already existing salon who use Yon Ka products and only one salon per area could use Yon Ka. They won't supply to my salon if it would be in the same area. They are worried about competition between salons, I think they should more worried about their sales profits rather than about other people businesses. I just thought it was funny.
Can you recommend any other good skin care products which can give me training and easy access to buy staff. By the way I live in Ireland. Thanks again xx |

On a recent trip to Dublin, Ireland I had a Yonka facial in their salon which was a 'one woman band'. During the facial, the phone must have rang 10 times and she was turning down appointments Don't know what part of Ireland you live in Aquarius, but I can tell you if its North Dublin, Yonka are losing business!!!

Hiya, thanks for your reply. Were you having your facial in Clontarf, beauty salon called Lemons? I had the same experience with them, I had a facial there couple of days ago and there phone didn't stop ringing and they were turning appoitments down as well. It's terrible when the rooms in the salons aren't private and there are lots of salons like that. You can't relax and I definately won't go back to any of those salons in the future. Just out of interest was it the same salon we are talking about? |

Hi Aquarius:
I can't remember the name of the salon, but it was in a shopping center in Malahide on the 2nd level, next door to a hairdressing salon

Hi Anya, I know where it is but never been there. There are so many salons around who are like that. |

Hey there aquarius
I worked as a spa therapist with yonka products for 3 years. I have to say personally I really really love them. Not only to use on others but on myself too! I've been told by my clients -many of which have traveled the world and experienced many great spas, that my yonka facials were one of the best they've had! Great compliment but its true their products are amazing!
The only down side is that they are quiet expensive.
For facials there is quite alot of products used. And their range is so large as they cater for many different skin types and conditions.
If you have any questions I'll do my best to answer!

BABZII, I have used Yonka on and off for many years. What would you say is the best product for aging skin? A man that owned a salon once told me that the Pamplemousse was the best moisturizer out there. |

I don't use Yonka products, but I have had several facials at spas which use only this brand and I have to admit my skin came out glowing every time! I'm not sure if it was the products or the therapist. But my skin never felt so wonderful that I received compliments from strangers afterwards! |
