Getting a new, simplifed skincare routine and I want to add in frankincense. I have two options in mind. Adding it to my squalane oil that will be my last step after serums and moisturizer. Or adding the frankincense to my moisturizer itself. Any one that you think is better? I just want to make sure that if it goes in last it will still get absorbed. Also, since it has to go in a carrier oil, if I put it on before my moisturizer, it will seal up my skin and the moisturizer will be a waste. When do you all put it into your routine and do you do it at night and in the morning? Or just one time? |

Apply only two drops of your frankincense blended oil on skin that's still damp with the toner that you just applied. It should soak into the skin in about 2-3 min. Any excess can be removed by pressing a tissue against the skin. Follow by your day/ night cream. |

Either is fine, but personally I really like hte smell of the oil, so for me I would combine it with the squalane oil. I noticed it keeps popping up a lot recently and even Neals Yard have got some "Frankincense" items going on in their skincare ranges now too.
