I use it daily in liquid form (DHLA Nano fromwww.prlabs.com orwww.healthline.cc).
I mix it with Nano Green Tea and some other recommended liquids (Vit. B, CoQuenalol, etc.) in 32 oz of water and sip during the day. You have to take it slowly since the body cannot absorb more then a small amount per hour.

I use it. I buy it at the Vitamin Shoppe. It's called Resveratrol Max and is 250 mg resveratrol and 50 mg of grape seed (I take grape seed separately as well).
I take it as a preventative measure. I take a lot of supplements so it is difficult for me to pinpoint the visible benefits of any particular one. |

I also use the Resveratrol 250 mg. I got it at The Vitamin Shoppe. It also has grapeseed extract and some other wonderful properties.
I may get the HA with Resveratrol at the Vitamin Shoppe when I finish using this one. I started taking it in late July.
I am using it as treatment and prevention especially since I don't drink red wine, but I love blueberries (the skin)! |
