I'm trying out a new Vit C serum

What do you guys think about pure Vit E oil at 70,000 (whatever that is lol ), OR pure Argan oil and pure 100% pure L-Ascorbic Acid is an ultra- fine powder?

Could I just pour out some vit.e/argan oil in my hand sprinkle some vit.c fairy dust mix it spread it all over my mug?
Would it be as effective? or would I be destabilizing some of the properties from the vit.c?

Also I have another question
I have Pure Morrocan Rose Water with Ester C? Can I just buy pure L-ascorbic Acid power, spray some Rose Water in my hand mix it with the vit.c powder and introduce to my mug?
Or will the ester c counteract or destablize the vit.c powder in any way?
