So after reading so much about super cop on this forum, I've ordered a big bunch of skin bio products - haven't gotten them yet. Today I went to the Derm, and she had at the age spots and skin tags I have. Mostly with some sort of electro needle. I have many band-aids on! So after I recover and have gotten my products, should I use them??? I ordered super cop, (which I have now), trireduction, and exfol. She also removed a mole in my hairline, and put stitches in. Owch! It was quite dark. |

Let everything heal up then I can't see why you can't use your new products. |

But are those products you would want or need if you don't have tags and spots? Do you think they are good products for maintenance? I really appreciate the advice! |

I dont know if I would waste the supercop on the skin tag. If its gone, its gone and it shouldn't come back. |

Definately maintenance and the products should minimize future damage/age spots. I think you will notice a change to your skin overall when you do things to take care of it. I'm not using Super cop but have seen rave reviews here at the forum. |

One more question for all of you - Is emu the best thing to use to heal my skin on the areas the Doc worked?
Thanks!!! |

Hi Yogi! I'd call your doctor & ask the nurse. Oh, the pain we go through for beauty! |

I look like I walked into a bee hive. Red spots all over my neck, two big ones on my face! I hope this was worth it..... |

Yogi, I'm so glad you posted about your experience, b/c I need to have the same thing done. Did insurance cover any of the costs? How many days did you have discomfort? I have a big tag at my bra line so I'm def. concerned about it rubbing there afterwards. Thanks. |

You definitely won't want anything rubbing there. But maybe you can keep it bandaged. I only had this done on Thursday, so I'm just starting to heal. The spots are not as bright red as yesterday. I put emu on them this morning. There are a few different ways to remove tags and sunspots, and this electric needle she used sounds like a faster healing time then hydrogen. The mole she cut and stitched. And that I know will be covered by insurance - I'm pretty sure the others will be also. |

The best thing to do is get your appointment just before you have some time off. That way you don't have to worry about wearing a bra. I've found that to be the hardest part of having "stuff" taken off in that area. Going braless is the best, the next best is to tape cotton squares over the surgery area. |

Good point! Best to have a few days off. I have to teach a class today, and I'm hoping I can sweep a little MM on, so people aren't wondering what the hell happened to me! |

I just saw my uncle today -- he had the same thing done a few weeks ago and looked absolutely awful at the time, but he looks fantastic now!! So just trudge through the spotty phase, the results are amazing. |
