and my skin never looks better. All I do now is retin a and avocado oil. Hope this continues to work. It saves me so much time not having to do all the gadgets and exercises. |

well...maybe your skin never looks better, because of all efforts you made before with all of this gadgets
But it could be good news, if Retin A and this oil and even after some time will be the only skincare products that you need. |

I was just about to say something similar, they might be looking better because of all the stuff you have done, and your skin and body has recuperated from that. I hope it continues for you!

Maybe your skin just likes a simply routine. Whatever the reason, it is great to hear that it is working for you! |

I think its a good idea to give our skin a rest from all the abuse we hurl at it with our various gadgets. I like to back off for a couple of months every now and again and I can honestly say that I haven't turned into a prune.....yet |

I recently (for the first time since last June) stopped doing full blown daily facial exercise (for a week) and my face looks so good but I'm a scaredy cat to get complacent. Tonight I was back at it with double barrels.
I love the way my face feels after I exercise and massage it - it just has to be good for you.
I never did get to the cupping or dermarolling or any of that.
Simpler is often better - we get so carried away with stuff (I'm in a full blown phase of using up probably 20 products). |

I agree. Sometimes the skin is so bombarded with a ton of ingredients from all the different products. I think a lot of the time a more simplistic routine would yield great results if we product junkies could just stick to it! |

I think I go through phases. Some I use a lot of different products and different tools. Some I use only the simplest. Right now I'm in the simplest mode. As long as I see my skin still looking good, I won't stir up the water. It does help since I can use the freed up time to clean my house which absolutely needs cleaning. lol |

hehehe I must admit to not being a consistent user. I sure have them all (or most of them) but I might try a few times, and switch to something else. I did try the LED for 3 full months. I was unable to tell if anything was happening though. |

I let my skin take 1-2 days off skincare every week, usually over the weekend unless I'm not working, and it's not so bad, my skin is pretty normal on its own
I reckon my skin needs some time just to recuperate and rest from all the routines, masks, serums, creams etc. that I pile on it over the weekdays; I'm *very* diligent about skincare on days on which I'm working 'coz I'm in a fast pace, high stress job with long hours so I reckon my skin does *really* need all that stuff on weekdays |
