Has anyone taken this hair supplement? Would appreciate a few tips, comments e.g. if your hair grew in thicker, how long did it take? And if you stopped using it, did you notice that your hair started shedding again?
Also, do you take the regular or extra strength version? |

This was something I was interested in purchasing a while ago but wanted to hear a few more experiences from people. From what I did hear it definitely made the hair grow quicker other than that not much mention of.
Would love to hear more also,. |

I think it has been mentioned by a few people on here, that it really does help. I believe Bethany is one that has used it with good results. |

I tried it for 3 months and it did not really do anything noticeable for me. Maybe you have to use it longer. I also tried the women's rogaine and that didn't really work either. My problem is more breakage rather than thinning and I finally figured out that my straightener was too hot and breaking off the strands all over my head. My last hairdresser kept telling me it was stress, but I couldn't figure out why since nothing had changed, I am always that stressed!
I had gotten a new straight iron, had it on high and changed hairdressers after my last one retired and she took one look and said she sees it all the time! |
