Description:
Facial Steam
From: Mountain Rose
What a great botanical treat for the face! Created specifically for deep pore cleansing, restoration, and skin vitality.Facial steams are a wonderful way to absorb the pure essence of beneficial herbs. Simply place a small amount of the Facial Steam in a bowl of hot water, drape a towel over your head, and let the rising steam carry the herbal properties into your skin. A blissful rejuvenation experience that is sure to encourage relaxation.
Contains: Organic Comfrey leaf, organic Chamomile flowers, Rose petals, organic Calendula flowers, and organic Sweet Orange essential oil.
I bought this last week, 3 oz. for $4.95 - all I can say is this stuff is incredible! It looks like loose tea, and you just boil water, pour about a handful of the steam bath into the pot of hot water, and drape a towel over your head and steam. I did this for about 10 minutes, my face has never been as soft, and as healthy looking after just one use. I did it again about 5 days later, and again beautiful healthy soft skin. I just placed another order for a pound of this stuff, roughly 20$.
I put some of their rose facial oil on after wards, went to bed, and woke up looking so amazing! I am thrilled with this product, and it can't be beat for the price. Just wanted to share this, since I did not see any other reviews for it

Thanks! I love Mountain Rose Herbs. They are the best! I'll have to try this on my next order. |

Thanks for the review. I've always looked at their products but never knew if it was good or not. |

Well it is now kind of normal, but I live in Colorado, and in the winter it can get dry if I go crazy with actives/acids or retinoids. So lately Ive been sticking with organic skincare, and the clarisonic brush for exfoliating, and CP's and facial oils and not much else.
My skin is looking fantastic!! I just love the feel of my skin after this facial steam. I don't know how the herbs/flowers penetrate into your skin with the steam, but I swear they do! |

It is mountainroseherbs.com, and I think you could use this facial steam for any skin type.
It's just a different way to "steam" your face - instead of traditional water.
You wouldn't want to do it everyday though, but its a nice treat once in a while - especially if your pores are feeling yucky. I had just been in bed for 2 days with strep, sweating w/fever the whole time, so I really needed it! |
