I saw this on Rachel Ray today...it's a home hair color kit that looks easy and cheaper than going to the salon.
You can pick the strands you want with your fingers and when you like the color, spray on a neutralizer and you're ready to rinse...it comes with a product to also bring out the shine.
Has anyone used this? I'd love to hear about it.
