Hello Ladies,
Has anyone noticed that apart from muscle and fat loss from face with age, one other thing that starts to happen is that your lower jaw starts moving towards your neck and chin starts receeding towards neck..
Anyone has faced that?
What are the potential means to prevent/delay this change?
Thanks and Regards,
Mansi |

Hi Mansi
It is not something I pay particular attention to on my own face, but I do spot it more on other ladies our age.
It reminds me a bit of Loulou's facial posture discussion some time ago, and I have seen others also talk about it. For me I love thinking of those amazing ballerinas with their grace and long limbs and how they walk and move. I love how even the older ones have beautiful and graceful figures even in their old ages (which they consider 40! ha ha, I am already well past that).
I'm thinking that the way we walk and how upright we sit has a lot to do about it - and I watched a video by a dentist after reading about it on Tom Haggerty's wisesite about Shapeyourface.com that has a lot of information there - but for me I didn't like the look of the people whose faces did change - as they looked well more male to me. Tom didn't seem to support his thinking either.

As you get older, your muscles will sag and need collagen white supplement. Haha. I think it's good to massage your face regularly. |

Not just massaging face, but neck too I think is important!
Besides, I'm not so sure I am convinced that our muscles have to sag - facial exercises have helped me deal with sagging muscles for the last 20 plus years!

Wenning, what do you mean by "collagen white supplement"? I have no clue what you mean. |

I'm also curious too as to this supplement recommendation?
