I used to buy something in a purple tube and I think it was by Vaseline Intensive Care. It might have been called Renew but it's been so long that I don't remember. It had alpha hydroxy acids and really worked well for my hands. It was cheap, too. I liked that I could just throw it in my purse. Every so often I have a quick scan around RiteAid, Walgreen's and CVS to see if I can spot it but I fear it's gone forever. Any good substitutes? I believe the percentage of AHAs was low but since I apply lotion frequently, it must have had a cumulative effect. |

MD Forte does a Glycolic Acid hand and Body Lotion. It would be a much higher percentage than what you were using so although more expensive you would need alot less. |

Another one to consider is Alpha Hydrox Foot Creme. Inexpensive (under USD10), comes in a 2oz tube has 12% AHA at pH of 4. It can be used on the hands as well as the feet. |

I've got one that contains, not AHAs, but Retinol, that I like. It's Sally Hansen Age Correct Retinol Hand Creme. It's quite reasonable at $6-$7 USD. It does help with reducing the aging look of the hands. |

The best I've ever tried is Jan Marini's Age Intervention Hands. It addresses discoloration, textural changes and dryness.
You only use it twice a day and it comes in a 4OZ tube, so it lasts awhile.
My hands definitely look younger, smoother and more even toned. |

I know Nonie of Beverly Hills makes a body lotion that you can use for your hands. They also make a sunblock with 8spf or 15spf. They all have AHAs in them.
Haven't tried them myself though. |

I have been using a lotion (CVS brand) that is the same as the Vaseline Intensive Care lotion for hands. It contains AHA and I have been very pleased with the results. It's in a pink tube. |
