Hey ladies... I was wondering if you could recommend and share your favorite drugstore eye creams/treatment?
I am looking for an eye cream that will help with dryness and dark circles that is not too expensive.

You can just use a regular moisturizer if you only need additional moisturizer. Thats what I do.
IME eye creams don't help with dark circles because they are not on the surface. |
