If you don't want to watch the video... here are the steps in a nutshell.
1. You'll need a anti bacterial cleanser
2. Olive Oil
3. A plate to put the cleanser and oil on
4. Paper towel to dry brush off
First put a small amount of cleanser and oil on the plate.
Then swirl your brush into the cleanser and oil.
Run water over the brush... make sure the water is not HOT... it can be warm
Squeeze the water out of the brush then dry off with towel
Drying: It's important not to dry your brush upside down because the water will seep back in. If can cause the brush to come unglued!
That's pretty much it in a nutshell.. I really suggest you check out video!
I used this technique on my brush and it worked great! |

Thanks for that, SkinCareJunkie. I've never heard of cleaning MU brushes with oil, but I guess it would help the bristles maintain their condition. I wonder if residual oil would cause powder to go shiny in its compact though? |

Hello When I did this method I placed the oil and soap on the plate and kind of mixed it ( if you see the video it will show you)together. When you rise off the oil and soap, the soap helps to clean the oil off. Like you said you use the oil to help condition the brush. You only need a tiny bit.
