Okay...So I got some .05% Retin A from my doctor mainly to treat acne..I am also undergoing Laser hair removal(sessions every six weeks) on my face and from what i read, we have to stop using retinA 2 weeks prior to laser session and cant use it again for around a week after the laser....So I have around 3 clear weeks to use retin a and then i cant use for three weeks...You think three week break takes you back to square one in terms of side effects???
I have used .025% trtinoin once and had peeling and tenderness...but that was almost 10 years ago so things might have changed now...BUT my skin is not too sensitive...I will also be applying DUAC gel on my jaw area.
Any suggestions much appreciated! |

I would just wait until you have finished the laser hair removal then start the Retin A and deal with the side effects without interuption.

I agree I would wait until you are done with the laser. Your skin will probably be on a roller coaster if you dont. |

Thanks so much Mountaingirl and girliegirl!...I will wait then...!
Do you think, I should start with some retinol cream meanwhile to prepare my skin for future assault??.. |
