I got my hair colored two days ago and decided to skip my usual caramel colored highlights as I thought I was looking too brassy. Instead I opted for an all over color. Unfortunately my hair came out too monotoned, dark and inky. I didn't feel like driving back to the hairdresser and investing more time and money into my hair considering it would wash out and fade in a week or two but I REALLY hated the way I looked. Instead I decided to try the L'oreal touch on highlights because I fell in love with the little finger applicator it comes with and wanted to use it to put darker streaks into my hair when my color did fade too much between appointments. This was a great quick fix. The color is very subtle and natural. I just used it on my bangs and on the sides of my hair. It was enough to break up the darkness and lighten the look. I highly recommend this product if you feel your hair is too dark.
Hold onto that great applicator for when you need to tone down your hair with some darker streaks. It does a great job of putting natural looking streaks into your hair. |
